Billing Questions

Q. What kind of payments do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and checks. All accounts will be set to monthly automatic debit.

Q. How do I obtain my invoices?
A. You may view your invoices within your billing control panel or contact our billing department at billing@radiusonline.com. Please contact us to retrieve your login information


Q. How do I renew a domain name?
A. If you purchased your domain name through CarCareCONNECT or Radius Online then your domain name will automatically renew as long as you pay your monthly invoices and have an updated billing information. To find out if you bought it through us, go to betterwhois.com and doing a domain name look up. Under the Registrar and Administration field you will see the contact information. If it's ENOM and has Radius Online's contact information then we bought it. If it's registered elsewhere, you will need to contact the administrator or Registar to renew your domain name.

Website & Email Questions

Q. How do I submit my edit or change requests?

A. Please contact our technical support team by email at support@carcareconnect.com. Please include your company name, domain name, your name, email address and detailed description of the request.


Email support and 1 hour per month of website support and editing is included with each Radius Online package. Website support and edits are defined as any requests or assistance with editing any portion of the website and tools. Examples of website support and edit requests include: changes with website text (business name, address, telephone number, fax number, business hours, email address, etc ), images, movies, additional pages, and phone support. Edit requests and changes exceeding 1 hour per month will be billed $65.00 per hour to your account. Any unused support and edit requests will not rollover to the following month.


Q. How do I get my username and password to my website?

A. Please contact our technical support team by email at support@carcareconnect.com to request your username and password. Please include your domain name, company name, and contact name.


Q. I'm having problems logging in with the password, what am I doing wrong?

A. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive meaning "ABC123" is not the same as "abc123." Passwords must also be a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 alpha and/or numeric characters. Please remember the case you select.


Q. Where do I check my mail?

A. Open up a web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Sarfari, etc) and at the address bar, type http://mail.(your domain).com


Q. How many email accounts can I have?
A. You are provided with 10 email accounts with our packages. If you require additional email accounts, please contact support.

Q. Why am I unable to log into my web mail account?
A. When logging in to your webmail, you must have caps lock off. Please remember that username and passwords are case sensitive. Please remember the case you select when you first created the username and password.
You can try to clear you temporary internet files or cache on the internet browser you are using. If this does not work try another internet browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Sarfari, etc) or email support: support@radiusonline.com.


Q. What is webmail?
A. Web Mail is Web-based e-mail service just like Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.


Q. Are my email accounts protected from spam?
A. Your email accounts are protected from email accounts and ip address who are listed on spam lists and blacklists.
