Email Setup: Outlook

Lets start by opening Outlook:

Go to Tools, then click on Accounts.

  • Next step is to click on the Mail tab.

  • Next click on Add and click on Email.

At display name:

  • Type your name or email address in the text box.
Then click Next.
 
Step 5 of 8

At email address

  • Type in the name of the email account.
  • Make sure you type in the domain name as well.
  • Example: username@yourdomain.com

Then click Next.

 
Step 6 of 8

Select "POP" as your incoming server.

At Incoming User Name:

  • Type in the name of the email account.
  • Make sure you type in the domain name as well.
  • Example: username@yourdomain.com
At Outgoing User Name:
  • Type in the name of the email account.
  • Make sure you type in the domain name as well.
  • Example: username@yourdomain.com
Then click Next.
 
Step 7 of 8

At the next screen, enter your email account and then type in your password.

 
Step 8 of 8

At the next screen, confirms your email setup.
